Architect/Developer and Troubleshooter

We are seeking a talented Architect/Developer and Troubleshooter to join our expanding team. You will be an enthusiastic, driven individual and self-starter able to work independently and within a collaborative team; providing high-quality creative solutions that engage and inspire our customers. Good communication and written skills are essential as is the ability to prioritise and manage your workload in a methodical manner to meet customer deadlines.

About the Role

You will need Troubleshooter experience, liaising with Support to assist with incoming problems and issues, instrumentation of solutions and the ability to locate issues in a rapidly to aid with a “divide and conquer” approach to troubleshooting.

Essential Skills and Experience

You will have at least 3 years’ commercial experience in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 development role and can demonstrate strong capabilities in configuring, customising, and developing Dynamics 365 applications and components in the wider Microsoft Power Platform. Experience with other systems and procedures that aid with integration between non-Microsoft systems will be an advantage.

  • All aspects of Dynamics 365 development such as, but not limited to, customisation of entities, fields, forms, views, business rules, workflows, charts, and dashboards
  • C# development including plug-ins, custom workflow activities and custom integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party components such as payment providers
  • Azure Services including Storage (Blob/File/Stream), Event Grid, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Web Services
  • Azure Security using Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Manager (PAM)
  • Azure Authentication (B2C/MFA), Design of Forms, Forms, Custom User Attributes, Custom Policy
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate
  • TypeScript/JavaScript for client-side functions
  • HTML, CSS, and TS/JS for custom user interface work with web resources
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent certifications/experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience with Agile Methodology, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio Code, and GitHub
  • SQL Server Data Management Manipulation/Operation with T-SQL experience
  • 3+ years working for a Microsoft Partner or equivalent.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Pages and previous Microsoft/Adxstudio Portal
  • Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React
  • Development/Deploy to Vercel and associated technologies (React/API).
