Support and Maintenance

We can provide support and assistance to your internal team to help ensure resilience, reliability, and robustness of your deployed system.

We understand how important it is to respond in a timely manner and to find a resolution to critical and important incidents, because not to do so can lead to business disruption.

If needed, our support and maintenance services include:

  • Providing a Helpdesk function to resolve incidents;
  • Responding to queries, requests for advice, or enhancement requests;
  • Providing follow-up and additional user training;
  • Liaising with Microsoft and other third party application providers to escalate an incident and progress to resolution.

As part of the whole project planning process we will work with you to determine if any form of support and maintenance is required once the system has been deployed. Some of our clients have the internal resources to manage their live system but, on the occasions when an extra level of support is required to enhance the internal team, you can have peace of mind in knowing that we can include support and maintenance as part of our service offering.
