Ashton Court Group is a certified Microsoft Solutions Partner, focused on and accredited to Business Applications.  This ensures that our teams have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft’s software tools and applications, and the expertise to deliver on-premise, cloud, and hybrid solutions.

As well as a company-wide certification, we encourage our staff to hold individual Microsoft software certifications.  These certifications ensure that our people maintain their knowledge of the software they use and are able to deliver best practice.

ISO 9001:2008

Ashton Court Group’s quality management system is externally accredited to ISO 9001:2008.  This ensures that our quality management system conforms to internationally recognised standards. We are committed to pursuing quality improvement within all aspects of our engagement with our clients.

Our project management (PM) system is the basis for planning and managing projects.  It meets PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) requirements and has been certified against ISO 9001:2008.  Our PM system is based on the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF), which is a set of principles, models, disciplines, concepts, and guidelines for delivering information technology solutions from Microsoft.
