Responsibilities

• The role includes working with customers' technical, business and management teams to understand their strategy and identify their 'must have' requirements, in order to design and deliver highly complex integrated solutions
• You will be involved at all stages of engagement - from pre-sales through to requirements capture, business analysis and technical solution design
• You will be hands-on in developing and leading the implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions for our customers in the public and private sectors.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Ideally you will have previous experience in a Microsoft Partner organisation and have the following experience/abilities:

• 5+ years Microsoft Dynamics CRM development hands-on experience
• Strong technical understanding of Dynamics CRM Online and Dynamics 365
• Good understanding of implementing Dynamics CRM extensions such as plugins, custom workflows and JavaScript
• Hands on functional knowledge of SQL and CRM Workflow
• Strong working knowledge of associated technologies including Microsoft Dynamics CRM Outlook Client, Office 365, Authentication and Active Directory
• A good facilitator and strong personality, able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Ideally you will have already completed some of your Microsoft Certifications, but the opportunity to gain further qualifications will be provided.
