Employee Ownership
We are currently in the process of transitioning into an Employee-Owned Company; this means that the employees, via an Employee Ownership Trust, will own most, or all, the shares in the company. This will allow us more involvement in the direction and running of the company and will also lead to some financial advantages. This is not a quick process, but we are making progress towards our end goal of being employee-owned.

Interview Process
Application Review
Your application is reviewed by our careers team.
Initial Interview
First stage interview on Teams to assess skills and provide information about the role and company.
Technical Interview
Second stage, in-depth interview with senior management to assess technical ability and suitability for the role.
Offer Stage
Successful candidates will attend an offer meeting and receive their job offer in writing.
