Through structured, multi-day BVPS engagements, we work with business decision makers and key stakeholders within your organisation to identify, design, and implement improvements to an existing business process using Information Worker (IW) solutions.
What is BVPS?
BVPS is a Software Assurance (SA) benefit. It is designed to help your organisation identify and design improvements to an existing business process, leveraging Microsoft technology you already own.
BVPS engagements include 3, 5, 10, or 15 days of planning services, depending on your SA benefit and number of remaining entitlement days.
Based on your unique needs, BVPS introduces advanced practices, processes, and tools - helping you create an efficient and productive Microsoft Office work environment.
BVPS Benefits to the Customer
BVPS provides you with a number of benefits, including:
- Realising greater returns on existing Microsoft Office and IW technology investments
- Building a convincing business case for Microsoft Office and IW technology adoption within your organisation
- Receiving third-party solution analysis and services through Microsoft Certified Partners.
Upon completing a Business Value Planning Services engagement, customers receive a current state process analysis, future state process design, an adoption/implementation plan and, in a 5-day engagement, a business case for the proposed solution.
